Hey guys! Today I'm trying the famous Chinese food!!

Lunch

Location: Business Hall Building B2 Cafeteria
Menu: Jajangmyun!

Jajangmyun full set!
Jajangmyun (자장면): Jajangmyun was originally made in China (called: Zhajangmian 炸醬麵) and it was quite popular chinese food in Korea along with Jjampong. The main ingredient of it was noodle and black bean. The sauce was made of blacksoy bean paste with fried vegetables and diced pork. Side dish that's usually served are Danmuji (pickled daikon radish). This Jajangmyun consist of onion, potato, egg and some scallion. It taste sweet and little bit bland. It doesn't have a strong taste so I think many people would like this.

Side Dish 1: It's Fried Dumpling! The fillings taste salty but not to salty and there's some pepper in it. It's based on chicken and glass noodle and some veggies. I don't know why Koreans used glass noodle in dumplings but I prefer whole meat then mixed with glass noodle. By the way, as usual the side dishes were cold and it's not really delicious because it's cold.

Side Dish 2: This is a macaroni salad. It's one of the must side dish here in the canteen. it taste creamy like carbonara but it's not really strong also the flavor. It's good for appetizer tho.
