Visit Myeongdong: Shopping To Experiencing (Part 1)

Hello!!! Today I'm going to post about Myeongdong!

So before going to Myeongdong, I'm planning to have 3 posts about Myeongdong

And for today's story, I'll introduce you guys to Myeongdong and what you can do there!

According to my Korean friends, Myeongdong is actually a shopping street which is very popular in Korea. It's located near Dongdaemun, Namsan Tower, and Namdaemun. Cheonggyecheon Stream actually passed here too.

What You Can Do/See In Myeongdong:

1. Cosmetics Stores (Etude House, Faceshop, VDL, Moonshot, etc.)

2. Clothing Stores (Zara, Uniqlo, Top10, SPAO, ZioZia, etc.)

3. Other Stores (Money Changer, Banks, Daiso, etc.)

4. Restaurants (Kang Hodong's restaurant, Myeongdong Gyoza, Haha's Restaurant, etc.)

5. Street Snacks (Oden/Eomuk, Tteokbokki, Fried Dumpling, Fried Foods, Lobster, etc.)

Food stalls

6. Cafe (Cat cafe, Hello Kitty Cafe, Dog Cafe, Starbucks, etc.)

7. Myeongdong Cathedral

It's actually Korean's biggest Cathedral and one of the oldest in Korea. In fact, many celebrities actually are spotted having fun in front of the Cathedral. In the cathedral, I suggest you take a photo in front of it. It makes a wonderful vintage background for your Instagram.

Myeongdong

Subway: Myeongdong Station line 4 exit

• Exit 6 = Main road ahead using stairs
• Exit 7 = In front of Uniqlo (which head to the main street about 500 m straight) using an escalator.
• Exit 4 = In the other side of the road from exit 5 & 6 which heads to Namsan Cable Car.
• Exit 3 = In the other side of the road from exit 7 which also uses the escalator.
